Kwame founded Days at Ease to bridge the gap between engaging activities and meaningful, structured mentoring.With over a decade of experience across youth work, mentoring, coaching, support work, sports, music and the fashion industry, Kwame brings a unique dual lens approach.

Earlier in life, Kwame navigated many of the same conflicting social pressures and destructive environemnts that the young boys he mentors face today. Through his own journey of personal growth and faith, he developed a deep passion for helping others recognise their inherent strengths. Combining lived experience with his expertise allows him to effectively support young boys and young men as they work through challenges with a level of patience, empathy and skill that is second to none.

Kwame spent over a decade at the centre of music and fashion. Having performed and hosted events alongside global artists including Snoop Dogg, Mac Miller, T-Pain, Tyga, Asap Ferg and Ice Cube, before redirecting his focus towards community based work.
