Music Stream: Press Play
Press Play uses music and sound as a powerful vehicle for connection, storytelling and self discovery. Through songwriting, beat making and recording, participants develop technical skills while exploring themes of self identity, emotional regulation and personal narrative.
Sessions combine hands on creative production with mentoring conversations, helping young men translate their inner world into an external voice.
Designed for boys and young men.
Ages 5–9: Foundations
Ages 10–16: Development
Ages 17–21: Transition
Available through 1 on 1 mentoring, small groups of up to 4 and school holiday programs.
Typically delivered as a 10 week mentoring program with 90 minute sessions. Programs can also be tailored for shorter or customised delivery.

No prior experience is necessary. Press Play is designed to support participants regardless of their starting point.

While participants learn technical skills like beat making and songwriting, music is the engagement tool for the mentoring. Every session is built around our relational framework - focusing on emotional regulation, self expression and building confidence.
