Sport Stream: Level Up

Level Up uses sport and physical activity as an engaging platform for mentoring and personal development. Through basketball, soccer, footy and movement based activities, participants learn to work as a team, communicate effectively and build resilience while exploring real life themes like responsibility, decision making and discipline.

Sessions combine structured activities with mentoring conversations that help participants connect what happens on the field with the choices they make off it.

Designed for boys and young men.
Ages 5–9: Foundations
Ages 10–16: Development
Ages 17–21: Transition

Available through 1 on 1 mentoring, small groups of up to 4 and school holiday programs.

Typically delivered as a 10 week mentoring program with 90 minute sessions. Programs can also be tailored for shorter or customised delivery.

What to expect.

  • No, all skill levels are welcome. Whilst there is emphasis on enjoying the fundamentals of the game, our priority is on mindset, behaviour and supporting personal growth rather than athletic performance.

  • The program is delivered on site at schools, youth centres, community spaces and sporting facilities. Each session runs for 90 minutes and combines structured drills, games and guided mentoring conversations to support both engagement and development.

  • Level Up is designed to be highly engaging, keeping in mind alternative learning styles and steering away from conventional program delivery. Our team is skilled in trauma-informed mentoring and focuses on building a foundation of safety and trust first, allowing us to introduce structure and accountability in a way that feels supportive rather than restrictive.

  • The key differentiator of Level Up is its focus on mentoring through sport. Every activity is intentionally tied to a critical life skills, such as emotional regulation, self discipline and effective decision making.
